Refund policy

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at ovolaptics@gmail.com.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

6. Cryptocurrency Refund Policy (USDT, USDC, BTC, etc.)

If you paid using cryptocurrency, the following special terms apply to ensure transaction security:

  • Valuation: Refunds will be processed based on the original USD (U.S. Dollar) value of the order at the time of purchase, not the current token quantity.

  • Transaction Fees: Any blockchain network fees (Gas fees) incurred during the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Destination: For security reasons, refunds will ONLY be sent back to the original wallet address used for the payment. We do not support refunds to different addresses.

  • Processing Time: Crypto refunds are manual and may take 3-5 business days to process after approval.

7. Fraudulent Order Policy

If an order is identified as fraudulent (including but not limited to stolen credit card usage, false information, or flagged crypto transactions), we reserve the right to deduct the payment processing fee (e.g., 3% of the order total) from the refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-refundable.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Delay: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at ovolaptics@gmail.com.
